Public bug reported:
geeqie in xenial is v1.2.2 has the known windows bug in which all pop up
dialog windows do not display when in fullscreen mode. The bug fix is
upstream in v1.3.1 which is already packaged with yakkety.
We need the upstream fix released for 16.04
