- There are several build-deps and deps that are only for [amd64 armhf i386] -- 
can those restrictions be dropped / include at least arm64?
- Can we have a more general team subscribed to bugs?  Ideally something 
already from our package-subscribers list?

Notes:
- There are lots of bugs, but that's to be expected, this does a lot of things. 
 It does seem maintained.
- debian/ubuntu-system-settings-wizard* can be safely deleted, that's an 
obsolete package.
- It would be nice if there were a symbols file for libsystemsettings1
