"sudo snap install ./sarnold*snap" to install a local package starts by
downloading something off the internet:
$ sudo snap install ./sarno*snap
24.78 MB / 64.75 MB
[=========================>__________________________________________] 38.27 %
215.45 KB/s 3m9s
I haven't seen the meter go beyond 222 KB/s yet. This is crazy slow...
