Public bug reported:
The program to arrange multiple displays in `unity` has lost the
function to arrange display graphically. I've seen this program in
Ubuntu 16.04 for the first time, so I assume it replaces the ancestor.
This is an unnecessary regression. Please do not remove useful functions
from programs or replace programs with less functional ones.
The return of several bugs which I filed before and have been fixed is
also quite frustrating - I know I'm supposed to reference existing bugs,
but it's hard to do unnecessary work.
