Public bug reported:

Latest Libreoffice writer in Xenial wipes all user created index entries
upon save.

To test (as attached):
- Highlight a item of text (i.e. Lorem Ipsum) then choose Insert Index Entry
- Click Insert
- Repeat for multiple indexes
- Then add new page and add Alphabetical Index
- Save and Close file
- Open File again then right click on Index and Update Index - all entries are
gone!

I have discovered this in 20Mb 200+ pages file - all my indexes are now
gone - lucky I have backups

Libreoffice Writer (libreoffice-writer/xenial,now
1:5.2.0~rc4-0ubuntu1~xenial2 amd64 [installed]) installed via deb
