Public bug reported:
We are receiving many reports of amavis-related postinst failures caused
by amavis.service failing to start for some reason. Given the number of
reports, I think it's reasonable to assume that they have a common
cause. We can use this bug to track these reports for now to attempt to
identify a common cause. Any duped bugs that do not have a common cause,
or a common cause different from one that we identify, may easily be
unduped again.
