Public bug reported:
The frame of radio buttons and checkbox are invisible with the default
style, and the control is visible only when it is checked.
for example if you have a form on which you must approve the terms and
conditions to proceed, you just don't see the checkbox.
Attached is simple HTML document to reproduce the issue with a
screenshot of the page rendered on FF 46.0.1+build1-0ubuntu1 on Yakkety.
