Thanks for reporting the issue.

Despite the logging and color of the message, it's usually harmless.
KVM does not provide access to all MSRs and in the case that the
application or OS running is attempting to read or write to MSRs that
KVM does not handle a warning is logged.

0x1c9 is a performance monitoring msr[1],  things like perf might
attempt to read these values.

If you have a functional problem with your guest, please re-open this
issue with more details on how to reproduce the issue.
