I installed some audio plugins with: "sudo apt install -y --install-
recommends ubuntustudio-audio-plugins" and audacity still displays only
17 effects. I have not choosen audacity as package for this bug,
becausse it can be a bug of the "ubuntustudio-audio-plugins" too because
the effects are displayed in kdenlive (16.04), but they don´t work. I´m
not sure, if this is a seperate kdenlive bug, that the effects installed
with the command i already wrote doesn´t work.
I´m using Linux Mint 18, but i have the same problem in a Ubuntu 16.04
live session and in an Ubuntu 16.04 VM.
EDIT: Wow, why this displays audacity as bug package, i haven´t choosen
it, bug of launchpad or because of uMatrix? But is also matter.
