This package is required by various OpenStack clients.

Package works out of the box with no prompting. There are no major bugs in
Ubuntu and there are no major bugs in Debian. Unit tests are run during build.

All are in main.

FHS and Debian Policy compliant.

Simple python package that the OpenStack Team will take care of.
[Background]
OpenStackClient (aka OSC) is a command-line client for OpenStack. osc-lib is a
package of common support modules for writing OSC plugins.
