The efi boot partition is shown as "windows boot partition" by the
ubuntu installer.

The ubuntu installer tells us to create an "efi boot partition", and
when we create an "efi system partition" it complains a system can only
have one of those.

If we tell it to put the boot loader on the "windows boot partition", it
does not accept that as a valid choice (and tells us to create an "efi
boot partition", which is not a name used in the partitioning tool of
ubuntu 16.04).
