Public bug reported:
Upgraded a precise server to xenial with sudo do-release-upgrade. Got a
bunch of errors while upgrading cups because insserv was deeply unhappy
about init script dependencies (loops loops everywhere).
I'm hoping ubuntu-bug is smart enough to attach the relevant /var/log
/dist-upgrade/ log files.
