Public bug reported:
I downloaded the latest yakkety ISO image (yakkety-desktop-amd64.iso
from 20160817), created a new amd64 VM in Virtual Box (host is running
up-to-date xenial), and launched the installation process. At some point
during installation (after picking a username and password), the
installer crashed and informed me of it with a dialog box.
I was experiencing the same crash with the ISO image from yesterday
(20160816).
