After update of bq Aquaris E4.5 to Ubuntu 15.04 (r23), notifications of
system updates (applications) and - most importantly - new e-mails
(Dekko) are no longer working, although SMS notifications are working
properly. With r22 e-mail notifications (Gmail web-app) were working
properly.
