there is no form to fill, so I can't fill the form they ask me to. i don't know how that thing works at all, so maybe i'm doing something wrong. when i try to visit the link you pasted, it asks me for my openid login, which i have, but then i get redirected to https://errors.ubuntu.com/?login-failed=true - even though I am actually logged in.
