Public bug reported:

The /etc/os-release standard includes a PRIVACY_POLICY_URL field.

Ubuntu should implement this and set it to:

http://www.ubuntu.com/legal/terms-and-policies/privacy-policy

This field is actually used by the GNOME Settings app (gnome-control-
center) although we need a few other pieces for it to be shown to users.
(See bug 1614820 if you're curious about that).
