Public bug reported:
1. download a debian package on VM 16.04
2. Press the install button.
3. Press the cancel button
N.B.: A popup will show that the package is installed (Another bug)
4. Try to Press the install again and the Authentication box will never popup
** Affects: software-center (Ubuntu)
