Ubuntu 16.04.1. With all available updates installed on current date.
Lenovo X220
How to reproduce:
1. Set CAPS LOCK as layout changer (ru,us)
2. Switch to Russian layout.
3. Lock screen.
4. Try to press CAPS LOCK to change layout.
Expected: Layout switched.
Actual: Screen freezes at 10 seconds and then looks like restarts lock
state(or something like that, but not Xorg). No layout switched.
