Steps to reproduce:
1. Set custom keyboard shortcut in System->Preferences->Hardware->Keyboard 
Shortcuts
Name: Screenshot of area
Command: mate-screenshot -a
Shortcut: <Shift>+<PrintSreen>
2. Try to make screenshot of area with shortcut <Shift>+<PrintSreen>.

Expected results:
Screenshot is made, 'Save screenshot' window is opened.

Actual results:
Screenshot did not made, 'Save screenshot' window did not opened.
