Public bug reported:

I was upgrading from Ubuntu 14.04.4 to 16.04 is all I know. It stuck for
a while due to the VPS thinking I was holding down the Ctrl and Alt
keys, making me unable to answer wether to upgrade or keep the config
files for about 6 hours, though I have no clue if it's anyhow related to
this. This only affects spamassassin, right?
