Ubiquity fails to install grub in UEFI mode when additional FAT32
partition is created in custom partitioning step
I'm pasting my GPT partition table from cfdisk (disk was without
partitions before installation, I've created these partitions in
Ubiquity):

I think problem is because I've not created EFI System Partition in
partitioning step, but Ubiquity should display a warning message in such
case.
