Use case:
System Settings uses this dbus api to set whether or not NTP should be enabled,
timezone and time, etc.
What happens:
Can't find an interface in snapd/interfaces/builtin/, or rather, not
specifically for this dbus API.
What should happen:
An interface should exist, giving System Settings access to the timedate1 dbus
API.
