Use case:
System Settings uses this dbus api to developer mode on the device.
What happens:
Can't find an interface in snapd/interfaces/builtin/, or rather, not
specifically for this dbus API.
What should happen:
An interface should exist, giving System Settings access to this dbus API or
the developer mode settings.
