Use case:
System Settings uses this urfkill dbus api to toggle flight mode.
What happens:
Can't find an interface in snapd/interfaces/builtin/
What should happen:
An interface should exist, giving System Settings access to the flight mode
toggle.
(Should not be limited to flight mode, though, unity8/indicator-
network/etc will probably have other needs).
