Public bug reported:
I am testing mate in my raspberry pi and I only have a keyboard.
When the Mate Welcome window appears, I can do nothing with it because
there's no way to navigate through the buttons to select one.
This is on raspberry pi2, Ubuntu Mate 16.04.1 LTS, freshly installed.
