Don't know if it can help, but enabling DRI3 solves the problem for me.
Just added this to /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf :
Section "Device"
Identifier "Card0"
Driver "Intel"
Option "DRI" "3"
EndSection
ad restarted X
