At first boot, keyboard layout is still English, although Swedish was
chosen and tested during installation guide.
ubuntu-bug xfce4-keyboard-settings
returns (translated from Swedish): "Cannot report bug, The report belongs to a
program that isn't installed."
Starting xfce4-keyboard-settings from CLI works fine.
tabbing from "ubuntu-bug xfce4-" shows all entries except "xfce4
-keyboard-settings"
