Steps to reproduce:
1º Reboot Frieza
2º Watch how unity8 loads the dash and scopes
Current result: Unity sometimes hang when loading the dash and scopes, showing
a black and white screen
Expected result: Scopes should appear and load fast on first boot
Additional info: syslog,unity's crash files, unity8 logs and video
attached.
