Public bug reported:
After I create profile,cluster,node,policy,I bind a policy to cluster
and execute "senlin cluster-policy-list mycluster" to list cluster-
policy.
By default cluster-policy is enabled,and also the enabled field is True in
DataBase.
But When we use command to list cluster-policy,the enabled filed is ''.
I checked my client has used newest code.So maybe there is a problem in client.
