On KEO Neon (Ubuntu 16.04) with latest packages. Using version
9.20.1~dfsg.1-4.2
If I use 7z x foo.zip then the folders inside the zip files are always
extracted with permission 700. The same doesn't happen with unzip
(permission 755).
