Public bug reported:
The AF-ALG stressor sometimes reports the bind failure message: stress-
ng-af-alg: bind to all hash types failed, errno=2 (No such file or
directory)
This needs to be a non-fatal issue and needs a retry in case the udev
rules take a while to load the crypto drivers in.
