Public bug reported: i am installing this (lib32z1-dev_1%3a1.2.8.dfsg-2ubuntu4_amd64.deb) for Android Build Environment on a Fresh Xubuntu (Xenial Xerus from 16.04.1 image)
either zlib or lib32z-dev needs to be fixed, or BOTH: each package should check first if /usr/include/i386-linux-gnu/zconf.h is already provided by another package and work around it Thanks!
