Right, imho netdevice question is no longer essential and should only be
shown if there are any qeth device to active. Because from the code it
looks like it is not possible to complete installation with ctc / iucv /
virtio options. (virtio is no-op, iucv & ctc support appear incomplete).
Thus qeth is the only option, and is only relevant when actually present
on the system.
