Hi, it's been a week or so that I noticed that apps no longer open
instantly once you click on them in the Unity launcher; it takes around
one second to see it open and start loading. This didn't happen before,
and gives the user a weird feeling of "maybe I didn't tap well on the
icon".
I'm on rc-proposed, BQ E4.5
