Enviroment: Desktop running unity8 on 16.10
HW: intel graphics+intel processor
Steps to reproduce:
1º Open camera app
2º Change to video mode and press record button
3º Check the screen turns black and no video is recorded
Current result: When pressing record button camera screen turns black and is
not possible to record a video. Then is not either possible take a photo again,
the screen remains black and camera app unresponsive
Expected result: Camera app should record video and no issues should appear
when video stops recording
