hi guys, i have a solution, post my code.
sudo chmod 777 /var/lib/update-notifier/package-data-downloads/partial
sudo apt-get purge ttf-mscorefonts-installer
sudo rm -Rv /var/lib/update-notifier/package-data-downloads/partial/*
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ttf-mscorefonts-installer
