Dell XPS 13 9350 on Ubuntu Xenial

[Steps to reproduce this issue]
1. Install Xenial on this machine
2. Click the suspend of the up-right indicator of the desktop
3. The system goes to suspend
4. After few seconds (at least 10 seconds), press any key of the keyboard to
try to wake up the system
[Expected result]
The system resumes and work normally.
[Actually result]
1. The screen is black.
2. The keyboard back light blinks
3. Sometimes the system would power off (~ 1 out of 5 tries)
[Reproducing rate]
4 out of 5.
I have not successfully resumed the systems by succeeding to suspend several
times ( less than 5 times).
