Please sync tango 8.1.2c+dfsg-8 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Added patch for removal of mysqlclient_r in MySQL 5.7 (LP:
#1564871).
* (Build-)depend on libzmq5-dev.
the first one has been merged in Debian, the second looks useless to me
