It seems the issue each time in this bug has been that the gerrit
instance becoming unresponsive, and requiring a restart.
Please reach out on irc (#ubuntu-phone, freenode, I'm john-mcaleely
there) if this re-occurs. If it becomes a regular problem, we can look
into what's causing it.
