2. the same buggy behavior
** Description changed:
All these happens after 14-->16 upgrade
- 2 cases here:
+ Scenario:
- 1. when plug at a dockstation(lenovo t420s) brighness is not
- chaged(remains too dark)

- 2. when plug in adapter - the same
+ 1. let my laptop go to asleep mode after some idle(say 5 minutes)
+ 2. let switch on it by 'power' button
+ 3. monitor's brightness is dark - expected to be normal brightness not that
dark
+ 4. if do unplug AC adapter(or unplug from docking station) - monitor's
become bright so one can read text
