BTW Joakim, installing your patched .deb worked well for A2DP, but it broke other stuff for me (mainly skype). I had to re-install libpulse0:i386 in order to fix it, according to: http://askubuntu.com/questions/506259/skype-shows-virtual-device-for-microphone-speakers-and-ringing
