Have this problem on Ubuntu 16.04/xenial with discs on an eSATA-PCIe Card. It
uses an ASMediaChip ASM1062. BIOS Version is 0.95-something iirc.
All discs that are connected to this controller have this problem, checked it
with this little programm above and it generates the error.
For a workaround I connect the discs to usb2 no errors here. No errors
on internal SATA (intel) discs.
