Public bug reported:
on the dragonboard we only have a wlan device, the device is listed and
i can select dhcp but no WLAN credentials for wpa-supplicant, so the
only way to currently configure a dragonboard is to get a USB NIC for
wired network.
console-conf should offer to set SSID and passphrase to be handed to
netplan for wpa-supplicant configuration.
