Public bug reported: The system recognizes the printer, it prints the file, shows the job has been sent, logs it to the spooler, shows it as completed, but nothing is printed. This happens for both USB and WiFi
I have tried through launchpad to get help https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/385656 and also have a support request into Brother. The printer prints fine over WiFi through Windows 7 Pro. Also tried on Ubuntu MATE Community: -- https://ubuntu-mate.community/t /help-installng-brother-hl-l2340dw/8734 I can access http://localhost:631 just fine. Last, inside a VM running Windows 7 I can print to a different WiFi HP printer. Located in Oregon. Desperately trying to leave MS.
