Public bug reported:
It's a major annoyance that the toggle maximization state shortcut does
not return the window to its previous state when continuously pressing
the shortcut key.
It would be nice to see that if I had a window hooked to the right half
of the screen and then toggled it would return to the hooked state,
right now it is placed in a default state on the screen.
