Making the Libertine UI into a click and publishing it in the Store is
not really feasible.
Only one version of the click can be available at any time, even with
different frameworks defined. So if updates to the underlying
libertine-tools on the image break the UI, users of either the stable
channel or rc-proposed channel would have a broken UI.
Marking this Won't Fix and we'll explore other options.
