Public bug reported:

when using ubuntu-image it is extremely hard to find out which revisions
of the snaps were used to assemble the image (you can only look it up
inside the resulting image or by keeping the complete workdir around)

snap pepare-image already prints "Fetching $package" and it surely knows
which revision it fetches, please make it print the revision in this
output next to the package name.
