I will have a look at that one, though I have a vague feeling that
nothing is using this anymore. IIRC this driver only was used by Xen
xapi stack which in turn was more or less only used by OpenXenServer
which got removed due to being poorly maintained. On the other hand it
is still in Debian where the other package got removed, so...
