Public bug reported:

Daily upgrade check. After upgrading today 09/20/2016, my computer
crashed while restarting.

Starting ubuntu is only possible through upstart option or recovery
option. As I'm new to ubuntu I don't know how to fix it, because it
crashes whenever I restart it through default grub option.
