Public bug reported:

The manpage for rar on Ubuntu says:

l[t] List content of archive [technical].

However, the actual usage accepted by the binary is:

    l[t[a],b]
List archive contents [technical [all], bare].

(taken from rar.txt in rarlinux-5.4.0.tar.gz)

I've looked inside rar_5.3.b2-1.debian.tar.xz to check that the source package
is also broken.

There are probably also other outdated flags.

I've become aware of this bug after asking about it (and getting the answer)
here:

http://superuser.com/questions/1126666/machine-readable-list-of-files-
in-rar-archive

I'd offer to submit a patch updating rar.1 with the contents of the
latest rar.txt documentation if someone confirms first that it's useful
and welcome.

Thanks!
